Shipping Details

  • Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • Shipping services are available only on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Please ensure the provided shipping address and contact number are accurate for seamless delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Free shipping for orders above Rs. 5000/-.

    • A flat rate of Rs. 100/- is applicable for orders below Rs. 5000/-.

  • International Orders:

    • Charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination and package weight.

    • Any additional taxes, import duties, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Deliveries:

    • Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Deliveries:

    • Orders are expected to arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Disclaimer

  • Products are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. If the package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and return it to the delivery agent.

  • Notify us immediately at support@weavex.in with your Order ID for resolution.

  • Once delivery is accepted, it is assumed that the package was received in good condition.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services but will assist in tracking your order.

  • Re-routing or redirecting shipments after dispatch is not possible. Please provide the correct shipping address to avoid any inconvenience.

General Information

  • Reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, Aramex, Blue Dart, or DTDC handle all shipments.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email once the product is dispatched.

  • Transit delays are beyond our control, but we will escalate any issues with our shipping partners to ensure resolution.

Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

  • Weavex Fabrics is not liable for packages left unattended or returned if no one is available to receive them.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs clearance processes and related charges.
