Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

General Policy

  • Refunds or direct exchanges are not provided as per our policy.

  • Products can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

    • Store Credit: Refunds are provided in the form of a coupon code with lifetime validity. This can be fully redeemed on future purchases made through our website.

  • Orders, once booked, cannot be canceled.


How to Exchange for Store Credit?

  1. Customers adhering to the conditions listed below (Conditions) can request store credit in the form of a coupon code redeemable for future purchases.

  2. Once the exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.

  3. The returned product typically takes 5 to 7 working days to reach us. Upon receipt, a quality check will be performed.

  4. After approval, a coupon code will be issued via email, deducting Rs. 100/- as the return shipping cost. The coupon code can be used to place new orders.


Conditions for Exchange

  1. Defective Package:

    • If the package arrives in poor condition or appears tampered with, refuse delivery and apply for a return using the Return & Store Credit link.

    • A replacement will be issued at no extra cost.

  2. Defective Product:

    • If you receive a defective product, initiate a return immediately using the Return & Store Credit link and upload images of the defect.

    • A replacement will be provided at no additional charge.

  3. Timeline for Requests:

    • Exchange or store credit requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery (including the delivery day).

    • Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

  4. Approval:

    • Approval emails for exchange requests will be sent within 2 working days of submission.

  5. Pickup Timelines:

    • Products will be picked up within 2 to 3 working days after approval.

    • If pickup services are unavailable in your location, customers must self-ship the product.

  6. Product Condition:

    • Returned items must be unused and unwashed.

  7. Packaging:

    • The product must include original packaging, the cloth bag, and the invoice.

  8. Tracking:

    • Customers will receive tracking details via email and will be notified upon receipt of the returned product.

  9. Quality Check:

    • Once products pass a quality check, store credit will be issued.

  10. Store Credit:

  • Store credit will reflect the product value minus any shipping charges. The coupon will have lifetime validity and can be applied during checkout in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” section.

  • Note: Weavex Fabrics reserves the right to decline a store credit request if the returned product fails the quality check, is damaged, or shows signs of use.


Return Process

  1. Initiate an exchange request using the Exchange Request Link.

  2. Approval emails will be sent within 2 working days.

  3. Products will be picked up within 2 to 3 working days. Customers in non-pickup areas must self-ship the items.

  4. Track the returned package using the tracking link provided.

  5. After quality checks, store credit will be issued.

International Orders

  • For returns or exchanges, shipping, customs, and additional charges must be borne by the customer.

  • Products must have original tags and packaging intact when returned.

  • Store credit will be issued only for the product value, excluding all shipping costs.

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos and your Order ID.


Handloom Imperfections

  • Minor variations such as slubs, uneven threads, and color blending are part of the artisanal process and should not be considered defects.


Local Delivery Returns

  1. Ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate.

  2. Any issues with delivery due to incorrect details or unavailability must be promptly escalated to us.

  3. Forward and reverse shipping charges will apply for undelivered shipments caused by customer errors.
